Michael McGill

Owner/Operator

Michael McGill has spent several years investing successfully in numerous real estate projects around the Puget Sound region, as well as in Washington D.C. His real estate experience has proven to very lucrative and projects have included new construction, major remodels, flipping, buying contracts, and managing rental units. Michael has a passion to help individuals and organizations with limited time and/or real estate experience to invest successfully in real estate. He is particularly interested in assisting individuals and organizations with philanthropic aims, as this is one of Michael's primary reasons for investing personally.
Michael received his BA in communications (www.wwu.edu), and his MA in counseling (www.mhgs.edu). In 2000 he founded The Asha Forum, an effort to help coordinate and expand the global Christian response to child sexual exploitation and trafficking (www.asha.viva.org). Michael is in the process of completing a PhD in Intercultural Studies (www.fuller.edu) researching how to better help children in developing nations impacted by armed intrastate conflict. Coni J. Mackey

Client Manager

Coni J. Mackey has extensive experience in Real Estate finance, marketing and investing, both in the Portland Metropolitan area as well as in the Puget Sound region. Her experience includes, Credit and Loan Officer for Banking Institutions, Mortgage Loan Officer, Mortgage Processor, Title and Escrow Representative, and Real Estate Investor.

She was the Owner and Senior Consultant for 1stforsalebyowner.com, a Real Estate marketing Company, and the owner of GPI Property Investments. She was also the Branch Manager for America One Finance and 1st Metropolitan Mortgage both National Mortgage Brokerage Companies where she trained and managed several loan officers, processors and other personnel.

Coni has vast experience and knowledge in every area of real estate. Her broad industry experience, problem solving skills, and "out-of-the-box" thinking insures customers will get the results they are looking for!
